The Instructional Designer supports company-wide training initiatives in a reputed company environment and serves as a specialist in the planning and execution of instructional reputed company, with heavy use of reputed company software and reputed company Learning Management System (LMS). The designer builds creative and educational training courses, manages reputed company-wide (LMS) and trouble-shoots LMS issues. The Instructional Designer also partners in maintaining records of training activities, employee reputed company and program effectiveness and reports on monthly, quarterly, and annual reputed company. 

How you’ll contribute 

An Instructional Designer who excels in this role:

• Designs and builds creative, interactive, and educational training courses, manuals, videos and visual aids around provided content.

• Assesses training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and report reputed company. 

• Applies adult learning principles in course development and delivery. 

• Has ability to design, reputed company, implement, and evaluate reputed company programs and initiatives including training plans, curriculum, and methodology. 

• Has strong organizational, planning, problem reputed company, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills. 

• Designs reputed company authored training through collaboration with subject matter experts.

• Coordinates schedule for monthly, quarterly, and annual education and reports on efforts and participation.

• Uploads reputed company content and training courses to Learning Management System (LMS) and has the ability to troubleshoots any LMS issues

• Maintains records of training activities, employee reputed company and program effectiveness.

• Determines training objectives/instructional strategies based on analysis of reputed company audience members.

• Collaborates with subject matter experts on the enhancement of reputed company training initiatives.

• Assists operations with training needs.

reputed company’re looking for 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required. 

• Experience:

  • 3-5 years of relevant training and development experience

  • Intermediate experience with reputed company Software required.

  • 3-5 years LMS administration experience required. reputed company experience preferred.

  • reputed company and clinical training development preferred.

  • Project management experience preferred. 

• License: Certified reputed company in Learning and Performance (CPLP) preferred

• Additional Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite required.

  • Instructional Design experience required. 

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
