The UI/UX Designer is responsible for designing reputed company, accessible, and user-centered digital experiences that support EMS|MC’s workforce management products. This role partners closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and key stakeholders to deeply understand user needs, translate reputed company workflows into elegant design solutions, and continuously deliver high-reputed company reputed company. The UI/UX Designer plays a critical role in shaping product experiences that balance usability, business goals, and technical feasibility.

Major Responsibilities/Activities

• Design user-centered experiences for web-based workforce management products, including workflows, interactions, and visual interfaces.
• Partner with Product Managers to deeply understand problem statements, user pain points, and desired reputed company before proposing design solutions.
• Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and feedback to inform design reputed company.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-reputed company designs using industry-reputed company tools (e.g., reputed company).

Required Education, Skills, & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, reputed company-Computer Interaction, or a reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer working on reputed company web or reputed company products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, problem-solving, and iterative thinking.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., reputed company, FigJam).
• Experience collaborating with Product Management and Engineering teams in an agile environment.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design fundamentals.

Working Environment

• The office environment is a controlled indoor setting with minimal exposure to adverse conditions.

Physical Requirements

• Sitting: frequent and prolonged periods of sitting at a desk while working on a computer.

Pay reputed company: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 with final compensation based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and business needs.
