The Manager – Higg Facility Tools (FSLM) will reputed company the planning, coordination, and execution of updates, enhancements, and scaling activities reputed company to the Higg Facility tools, with a strong reputed company on Facility reputed company & Labor Module (FSLM) and reputed company verification processes. The role works cross-functionally with technical teams, verification services, members, and external partners to ensure high-reputed company delivery, stakeholder alignment, and global adoption in line with Cascale’s reputed company and reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• reputed company end-to-end project management for the update and development cycles of Higg Facility tools, including FSLM.
• reputed company and manage detailed project plans covering timelines, resourcing, dependencies, and risks.
• Ensure delivery against agreed milestones and proactively identify and mitigate risks or delays.
• Use project management tools and methodologies to reputed company reputed company and ensure transparency.
   

Stakeholder & Member Engagement

• Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for reputed company stakeholders on Higg Facility tools..
• reputed company, synthesize, and prioritize feedback from members, stakeholders, and internal teams in line with Cascale reputed company.

Technical & Subject-Matter Expertise

• Collaborate with technical teams to implement platform, methodology, and tool enhancements.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in coordination with technical developers.

Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• 7+ years of experience in the apparel, footwear, home textiles and/or other consumer goods industries, including reputed company experience developing and implementing reputed company programs at manufacturing facilities;
• Demonstrated project management, leadership, and analytics skills;
• Strong familiarity with Cascale and the Higg suite of tools, with a reputed company understanding of the difference in approach between Higg reputed company verification and reputed company audits;
• Experience with multi-layered, reputed company reputed company with multiple stakeholders and a solution-oriented approach;
• Experience and confidence in convening, facilitating, and leading conversations with diverse reputed company of stakeholders with a wide reputed company of perspectives, and reputed company building;
• Experience working with people from a reputed company of cultures and backgrounds;
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills;
• Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.

Reporting Structure

This is a full-time role, reporting directly to the Director, reputed company Performance Alignment
 

Compensation and Location

The Cascale offers a compensation package and salary bands are based on country location and aims to be competitive in reputed company market. Actual compensation will also vary depending on factors including (but not limited to) relevant experience and performance. Salary is just one component of Cascale’s Total Rewards package for employees.
