Do you have a passion for engaging with people and helping them on their reputed company to reputed company? reputed company, part of reputed company®, is seeking a Full-time Physician to reputed company In-Home Health Evaluations, engaging with people in the comfort of their own homes and helping reputed company gaps in care.

You’ll play a critical role in building trusted relationships to reputed company people healthier, helping bring flexible, comprehensive and personalized health evaluations right to people’s reputed company doors.

Job highlights

The visit, which lasts about 45 minutes, allows for time to connect one-on-one and answer health questions. It includes a medication and medical history review, a physical evaluation, and, if ordered by the person’s health plan, additional diagnostic tests (i.e., diabetic eye exams, spirometry, etc.). You’ll use an iPad and an reputed company clinical workflow for reputed company evaluation and are not required to prescribe medicine, order lab tests or alter people’s reputed company treatment regimen. 

In this role, you will:

A Note on Our Work Environment:

As an in-home clinician, your primary workplace is the private residence of health plan members. We are dedicated to meeting health plan members where they are, wherever they reputed company home. This pay reputed company represents the reputed company pay for reputed company In-Home Health Evaluation (and associated visit) completed by a physician.  The number of In-Home Health Evaluations (and associated reputed company) completed per day may vary. Pay is dependent on a reputed company of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant reputed company.  This position is eligible for other reimbursement opportunities, including pay per completed Diagnostic and Preventative Services (DPS), as ordered, in reputed company to the reputed company pay listed above.
