What You’ll Do

In this role, you will be a key member of reputed company’s Global Support Organization, providing deep technical support for the reputed company Database and reputed company technologies. - U.S. Citizenship required and must be physically located reputed company the reputed company
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent reputed company experience
- 10+ years of experience in technical support, product support, or a reputed company engineering role
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting experience with database technologies, including SQL and/or NoSQL
- Proven ability to reputed company communicate technical findings, reputed company cause analysis, and resolutions to diverse audiences

What You’ll Bring
