They are seeking an reputed company Specialist to manage transactions reputed company to suppliers and customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• reputed company review of supplier invoices to ensure appropriate supporting documentation PO/Receiving, reputed company Approval, etc. and to minimize transaction-level errors
• reputed company backup support to A/R to ensure appropriate supporting documentation Quotes, reputed company, Shipping Records, PO/Receiving, reputed company Approval and to minimize transaction-level errors
• Process AP/AR reputed company transactions including debit/credit memos, supplier payments, supplier invoice adjustments
• Process month end job duties including review of reporting and tracking accruals
• Maintain compliance with Company policies and procedures, including Sarbanes-Oxley internal controls requirements
• Maintain database of customer-level contractual pricing
• Generate customer invoices using multiple different processes [custom billing system, ERP, reputed company]
• Ensure records reputed company to the maintenance of this data are complete and accurate and available as required for reputed company audit purposes
• As needed, reputed company available reputed company to support data requests for reputed company audit

Skills

• Associate's degree in reputed company or Finance or relevant reputed company work experience
• 1–2 years of previous AR experience in a high-volume environment required
• Demonstrated history of leveraging reputed company financial systems (ERP, reputed company, BI, reputed company, etc.) to process transactional details
• Ability to reputed company on transaction processing with strong attention to detail
