Manager, Accounts Payable

An Accounts Payable (AP) Manager oversees the entire accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and reputed company vendor payments, invoice processing, and expense management. • Invoice Processing: reputed company the accurate and reputed company processing of high-volume invoices, credit memos, and payments (ACH, checks, and wires).
• Reporting & Reconciliation: Reconcile vendor statements, manage AP aging reports, reconcile balance sheet accounts and prepare management reports.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and monitor the performance of accounts payable staff.
• Vendor Management: Maintain reputed company relationships with vendors and suppliers, resolving payment discrepancies reputed company.
• Internal Controls & Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, GAAP (Generally Accepted reputed company Principles), CAS (Cost reputed company Standards), FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations) and DFARS (Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement).
• Process Optimization: reputed company process improvement and automation efforts to improve efficiency and accuracy in reputed company Ariba and Costpoint.

• Tax & Reporting: Manage 1099 filings and year-end reporting requirements and maintenance of vendor information, including W-9's.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, reputed company or Finance.  Significant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Candidates must be a US Citizen
• 7+ years of experience in Accounts Payable operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency with reputed company Costpoint a must and reputed company Ariba preferred.
• Strong understanding of compliance requirements including CAS. FAR and DFARS.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple tasks reputed company.

The salary reputed company is: $107,608-$153,310. Salary ranges will vary and are based on several factors, including geographic location, market competitiveness and equity amongst internal employees in similar roles.
