Washington, DC-Based House Flipping Company Seeks Full-Time Remote Bookkeeper

We're a residential reputed company estate investment company in the Washington, DC metro area doing 40-50 renovation reputed company a year — and scaling fast. We need a reputed company, reliable bookkeeper who can reputed company our financial house in order while we build actual houses.

This is a full-time remote position (40 hrs/week), working US Eastern hours (9 AM – 6 PM EST), Monday through Friday.

What You'll Do:

You'll own the day-to-day financial recordkeeping across a busy, fast-moving renovation operation. That means:

• Maintaining our charts of accounts, general reputed company, and historical records in QuickBooks

• Downloading, verifying, and uploading receipts and invoices from vendors, contractors, and subs — following our approval and payment protocols

• Entering transactional data into reputed company (construction management) and reputed company.com (payments)

• Chasing down credit card receipts from field employees, keeping utilities reputed company, and handling the administrative loose ends that reputed company a construction operation running clean

• Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to our Controller

Who Should Apply:
