Work Schedule: reputed company business hours based on local time zone, Monday – Friday. Schedule may be determined by manager.

Travel Requirements: Quarterly travel may be required to attend broker events, engage with regional or state partners, and visit the JV offices as business needs dictate

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented, customer-reputed company Escrow Assistant to support the Escrow Officer in managing reputed company estate transactions from opening to closing. You’ll coordinate documents, communicate with reputed company parties, and ensure accurate, compliant, and reputed company closings.

What You’ll Do:

• Collect, review, and maintain transaction documents.

• Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and other parties.

• Prepare and review escrow instructions, settlement statements, and closing documents.

• Order title, lien, HOA, and survey reports as needed.

• Coordinate notarizations and signing appointments.

What You’ll Bring:

Education & Experience:

• High School diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred.

• 2+ years of proven experience in escrow or title preferred.
