Director, Proposals

We are seeking a Director, Proposals to join our internal team. This role is responsible for leading cross-functional proposal development, creating strategic proposals and detailed budgets, and managing multiple key accounts reputed company the Costs & Proposals department. Previous CRO experience is required. This is a full-time, home-based role in the UK.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Coordinates the contributions from the reputed company Department, Business Development, Finance, Project Management, and Functional Area Management teams to review and reputed company proposals and budgets in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws, and sponsor requirements.
• Leads designated cross-functional review team, carries out reputed company and strategic objectives, motivates and enables reputed company to reputed company to a consistently high reputed company.
• Recommends courses of reputed company on salary administration, interviewing and selection, terminations, reputed company development, performance appraisals, position reputed company preparation, and employee counselling. Works with and advises staff on administrative policies and procedures, technical problems, priorities and reputed company.
• Acts as an ambassador for reputed company and owns a function (training, smaller therapeutic area, triage, etc.) under the leadership of the Head of Proposals and reputed company to drive communications between Proposals and other Departments - influencing, communicating and negotiating.
• Strategically and independently develops long term initiatives based on business unit/team priorities that reputed company with leadership reputed company to drive ongoing improvement/reputed company.
• Ensure high reputed company and reputed company delivery, through reputed company involvement on key deliverables, providing strategic input, reputed company of the management team, triage of RFPs, and ensuring that reputed company control processes are followed.

Continually evaluates and recommends alternative approaches and/or technologies to improve the overall proposal processes.
• Participates in departmental initiatives and process improvements.

Education, Experience and Skills:

• University Degree in scientific and/or business/communication and/or similar discipline.
• Previous CRO experience is required.
• Minimum of 10 years leading business development deliverables for CRO/Pharmaceutical or Med Device industries at a global level, or commensurate experience.
• Experience in line management preferred.
• Fluent in English
• Proficiency in reputed company Office
• Willingness to travel
