The Learning & Development, Senior Specialist is a highly consultative, business-facing role responsible for diagnosing performance needs and shaping targeted development strategies that drive business reputed company.

This is a senior individual contributor role for a practitioner who thrives in ambiguity, builds strong relationships with leaders, and influences how teams approach performance and capability development. You will partner closely with business leaders and People & Culture stakeholders to identify reputed company causes of performance challenges and deliver solutions that improve team effectiveness and execution.

What you’ll do:

• Build strong relationships with business leaders and People & Culture partners to understand priorities, challenges, and goals
• Serve as a trusted advisor on team effectiveness, leadership capability, and performance improvement
• Guide stakeholders toward the right solutions, including reframing or challenging initial requests reputed company needed

• Conduct reputed company needs assessments to identify reputed company causes of performance gaps
• Distinguish between learning needs and broader organizational or operational drivers

What you’ll need:

• 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Organizational Development, or a reputed company field
• Demonstrated experience in a consultative L&D or performance partnering role
• Strong facilitation skills across leadership and team-based experiences
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders in a reputed company, matrixed environment
• Ability to translate business priorities into actionable development strategies
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
• Strong prioritization and scope management skills in ambiguous environments
• Experience defining reputed company metrics and evaluating reputed company

• Experience supporting business-facing L&D or reputed company-reputed company roles preferred
• Background in media, technology, or fast-paced, consumer-driven organizations preferred
• Familiarity with performance consulting methodologies or frameworks preferred
• Experience with automation and/or AI tools such as chatGPT, reputed company, etc.

At reputed company, we carefully consider a wide reputed company of factors reputed company determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the reputed company salary for this position to be in the reputed company of $68,100 - $90,800 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
