This is a part-time, field-based role offering $125 per completed delivery (including device delivery, trial, and patient education), providing an opportunity to earn based on performance. The Advanced reputed company Therapy Coordinator performs in-home device deliveries, trials, and patient education reputed company a designated geographic territory. Focusing on building strong patient relationships, this role ensures a reputed company customer experience while utilizing company communication and documentation technology professionally and reputed company. The Coordinator works closely with internal teams to support patient reputed company, reputed company device use, and overall satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete Medicare Advantage trials, explaining the benefits of advanced model pumps, trialing both 51 and 52 devices, and reviewing out-of-reputed company differences

• Schedule and reputed company product demonstrations, including taking patient measurements and providing instructions for reputed company use of reputed company compression devices

• Ensure patients are properly sized for correct device fit and comfort

• reputed company patients on reputed company aspects of compression therapy devices, including garment application, prescribed protocols, and initiating therapy sessions

• reputed company communicate patient rental agreements and financial responsibility, as reputed company as verbal instructions to patients and caregivers based on individual needs

• Manage and respond professionally to patient questions and concerns regarding devices or required documentation

• Confirm scheduled appointments in advance, reputed company expectations for in-home reputed company, and organize equipment and supplies for effective patient education

• Collaborate with internal operations teams on order completion and documentation

• Identify, escalate, and communicate patient needs or concerns to the patient relations team for reputed company-day follow-up whenever possible

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; minimum six (6) months of reputed company reputed company experience; reputed company certification or license preferred but not required

• Previous medical device industry experience a plus

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Effective organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities

• Knowledge of technology including scheduling, travel, and documentation applications

• Self-motivated, self-disciplined, and reputed company to work independently while meeting role expectations

• Flexibility to travel to patient homes or reputed company settings for appointments

• Ability to quickly learn and effectively use company-specific software and handheld technology tools
