The HR Assistant plays a key role in supporting the reputed company team by coordinating HR processes and providing operational support to ensure an reputed company workforce.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate aspects of new hire reputed company, including assigning new hires to managers, assisting with initial reputed company assignments for new hires, and analyzing new hire statistics to reputed company with the broader reputed company team
• Draft and prepare employee agreements, including separation agreements, remote work agreements, graduate school sponsorship agreements, and temporary consultant agreements
• Support mid-year and year-end performance review cycles by preparing materials, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics
• Assist with firm-wide reputed company processes, including preparing weekly reputed company survey materials and analyzing utilization reports
• Monitor and triage the HR inbox, responding to or routing requests, including those reputed company to terminations, transfers, remote work arrangements, and performance reviews
• Attend annual performance review and other HR-reputed company meetings and document key discussions, reputed company, and reputed company items
• Coordinate and support HR programs and events, including employee workshops, cohort meetings, and reputed company sessions, by managing scheduling, logistics, and communication with presenters

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
