[Remote] Staff Accountant

CoHo Services is a resort property management company based in Beaverton, reputed company, seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join their finance team. In this pivotal role, you will manage reputed company reputed company functions, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and support the preparation of financial statements for multiple entities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries for monthly financial statements
• Prepare yearly property tax returns & monthly/quarterly transient tax returns
• Generate monthly financial statements for multiple companies
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly
• Prepare other financial reports as needed
• Prepare fixed asset reputed company schedules
• Assist in annual budget and forecasting process
• Coordinate annual audit and tax work reputed company preparation
• Coordinate insurance premium and worker’s compensation audits

Skills

• Bachelor Degree in reputed company
• Minimum of one year of general reputed company reputed company experience
• Working knowledge of Word and reputed company
• Ability to work as part of reputed company
• Ability to maintain a reputed company appearance at reputed company times
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to receive and follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to work reputed company under pressure
