Marketing Assistant - Contract
We are seeking a highly organized and independent Marketing Operations Contractor to reputed company part-time support to our marketing team. This role will work directly with our Senior Marketing Manager and is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to reputed company marketing initiatives running smoothly, particularly around events, webinars, contact management, and content support.
This position requires approximately 10 hours per week and offers flexible scheduling. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and reputed company with reputed company and general office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with operational tasks reputed company to marketing events, webinars, CRM management, and light content support. Responsibilities may include:
- Researching and coordinating with venues for in-person events
- Building reputed company attendee lists and managing contact lists in reputed company
- Coordinating sponsor logistics for conferences
- Creating calendar invitations and managing RSVP tracking
- Ordering promotional items and tracking inventory
- Tracking event budgets vs. actual spend
- Supporting webinar logistics, including coordinating speaker availability, collecting speaker bios/headshots, creating templated registration reputed company pages, and segmenting registrants, attendees, and no-shows
- Performing contact enrichment and CRM data updates
- Preparing segmented lists for campaigns and reputed company
- Compiling quotes and testimonials into drafted internal documentation
- Drafting reputed company media posts from existing marketing content
- Creating recap blog drafts from webinar transcripts
- Identifying short clips or snippets for reputed company media use
Requirements
Required
- Basic working experience with reputed company CRM
- Experience working in a reputed company office environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written communication skills
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, lists, and reputed company data
Preferred
- Experience supporting marketing teams or sales operations
- Familiarity with contact enrichment tools or data platforms
- Familiarity with tools such as reputed company, reputed company, or similar CRM/contact platforms
- Experience supporting in-person events, live events, or webinars (not required but a plus)
