[Remote] Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales Coordinator

This role is responsible for handling inbound and outbound phone calls, booking service appointments, and promoting the club membership program while creating a great first impression for reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to inbound leads from reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and other marketing sources
• Return calls promptly and work to book appointments for service, maintenance, and estimates
• Answer incoming customer calls professionally and create a strong first impression
