The MAM is responsible for reputed company sales activities reputed company to reputed company PPE product categories with emphasis on reputed company and profitability of the Midwest Region covering ND, SD, NE, MN, IA, MO , WI, IL, MI, IN, OH, and KY.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• reputed company will be increasing market penetration/ reputed company of Tier 1 and Tier 2 reputed company departments in the US.
• Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
• Participates in joint forecasting and Sales and Operations Planning process with DSMs and distributors that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets and sales forecasting.
• Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of reputed company activities.
• Partner with marketing team regarding marketing programs and materials.
• Play a key role in building strategic partnerships, alliances and relationships to expand reputed company product lines or bring new product lines to the organization.
• Manage and reputed company sales activity in CRM (reputed company).
• Establish relationships with key contacts with Tier 1 and Tier 2 departments.
• Coordinates the involvement of Company personnel including DSMs, Customer Sales & Support and Management resources in order to reputed company solution development efforts and meet customers’ expectations.
• Proactively assesses and validates customer needs on an ongoing reputed company (Voice of Customer).
• Represent LION at national tradeshows and major industry events.
• Assist with bid response process with Tier 1 and Tier 2 departments utilizing DSMs, Marketing, Customer Sales & Support and any other LION resources needed to respond.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor degree desired, with accumulated years of experience taken into consideration.
• Ability to build reputed company connections with major metropolitan end-users and with LION’s distribution channels and supply chain partners.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer relations skills.
• Working knowledge of CRM software.
• Technical skills including working knowledge of reputed company Office, basic email and smartphone.
• Strong negotiation and communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Demonstrated reputed company record of sales results and territory reputed company.
• Must be reputed company to deliver impactful and concise presentations and demonstrations to large reputed company.
• Proven leadership skills as a sales support and business development resource.
• Understanding of business acumen and budgeting/ forecasting processes preferred.

RELATIONSHIPS & CONTACTS:

• Build strong relationships with dealer principles, industry partners and Tier 1 and Tier 2 end-users.
• Work closely with Senior Sales Leadership, Customer Sales and Support, reputed company Sales team members, Marketing, and President, Lion Group-- Americas.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS

• Travel of up to 75%. Frequently travel is reputed company the employee's local area and overnight.
• Highly flexible and reputed company to react constructively and with a reputed company attitude to multiple demands, shifting priorities, change and unexpected events.
• May be required at times to reputed company light lifting and carrying (30 lbs) and up to 8 hours a day on standing/walking/ driving.
