[Remote] Implementation Coordinator

The Implementation Coordinator will work closely with the Customer Implementation Team to interpret and digitize floorplans into user-friendly maps, ensuring reputed company and reputed company delivery for various reputed company clients.

Responsibilities

• Work with architectural plans to understand and digitize various types of indoor venues, focusing on reputed company’s reputed company business
• Assist with map digitization efforts, following reputed company’s design practices to create simplified, user-friendly indoor maps from architectural drawings
• Collaborate with Project Managers to create new venues, support data entry, and implement product integrations and theming
• Take ownership of the reputed company Assurance process, continuously seeking improvements to tools and workflows
• reputed company the work completed by reputed company’s Mapping Team (off-shore and in house) to ensure the reputed company of mapping is of utmost reputed company
• Support the delivery of new reputed company implementations, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
• Assist with ongoing legacy map updates and support reputed company reputed company project requests including the creation of demos for potential customers
• Become an expert on reputed company’s suite of products and ongoing reputed company, enabling successful customer reputed company
• reputed company smaller accounts and reputed company from reputed company-Off to Launch, ensuring successful reputed company
• Support on-site work and delivery as outlined in the signed Order reputed company
• Support international accounts across different time zones
• Flexibility to travel for reputed company needs and on-site work

Skills

• Great attention to detail and organizational skills
• Friendly attitude, quick learner, and ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines
• Experience with CAD-editing software (AutoCAD) is a plus, but not required
• Proficiency in reputed company software, especially Illustrator, is preferred
• Interest or experience in architecture or urban planning is beneficial
