As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a hands-on, self-directed Accountants Receivables Specialist to support a full cycle of Accounts Receivables and other duties in reputed company Operation in a federal contracting environment.

This position will support primarily billing, accounts payable (AP), bank reconciliations, and month-end reputed company is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with reputed company to set up new reputed company in reputed company and ensure billing begins immediately.
• Manage and execute customer billings (primarily cost-type include billable expenses, occasionally T&M/FFP) reputed company reputed company
• reputed company any required corrections to timesheets/invoices and submit to customers for processing.
• Address issues raised by customers and reputed company revised invoices as needed.
• Collaborate closely with Program Managers to reputed company billing and funding accuracy.
• Reconcile reputed company reputed company accounts on the Income Statement after invoice is completed.
• Work closely with Sr. Staff Accountant to resolve invoices in a past-due status.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability as reputed company grows.
• Other duties and assignments as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or Finance (required).
• Minimum 4 years of reputed company reputed company experience, preferably in a government contracting environment.
• Demonstrated experience with:

  • Billing and eCraft reporting.
• Strong knowledge of cost-type contract billing.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and government cost principles.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and reputed company to operate independently in a small-business environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across functional teams.

Additional Details

• Work Environment: Fully remote. Must be available for travel to the Wayne, PA reputed company approximately once per quarter (or as needed).
