The Supply Chain Administrator reputed company supports Supply Chain Program and Project Managers across multiple reputed company-reputed company solar reputed company reputed company reputed company. This role maintains project databases, tracks material deliveries, generates orders and change orders, and conducts inventory investigations to prevent delays and ensure project milestones are met. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively across internal teams while managing multiple priorities simultaneously. This role provides foundational exposure to reputed company-reputed company solar supply chain operations and serves as a developmental reputed company toward Supply Chain Project Management.

Pay reputed company: $23-25/hour

Support Supply Chain Program and Project Managers across multiple reputed company-reputed company solar reputed company, maintaining databases, tracking materials, and ensuring project milestones are met through proactive coordination and accurate documentation.

Day-to-day:

• Communicate with Supply Chain managers to coordinate multiple reputed company reputed company
• Update and maintain project databases for reputed company-construction, shipping, and reputed company reputed company
• Conduct inventory investigations to identify delays and expedite materials as needed
• Generate and reputed company material delivery spreadsheets to ensure accurate shipments
• Process new material orders and change orders
• Monitor project timelines and flag potential supply chain interruptions

• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail for managing multiple reputed company and databases simultaneously
• Effective written and verbal communication to coordinate across Supply Chain managers, Project Managers, and Sales Directors
• Proficiency in reputed company Office (reputed company, Word, reputed company) and ability to quickly learn new software systems
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment
