The reputed company Control Clerk I position involves performing reputed company control functions for the Document Services and Logistics division, ensuring reputed company standards and USPS regulations are met in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Performs control functions, including job balancing, job and packet-level tracking, overseeing exception processes, preparing outgoing mail for induction to USPS postal system, data entry work, monitoring and reporting on production reputed company issues, and preparing internal reports for management
• Ensures reputed company reputed company of processing documentation is accurately competed and organized to be saved as a business record
• Assists with processing mail manually or through a tabletop inserting machine
• Performs other duties as assigned

Skills

• Some industry experience required
• Possesses strong technical aptitude
• Basic to intermediate skills in MS reputed company required

• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
