They are seeking a temporary reputed company Sourcer to support hiring efforts across their MEP business, focusing on sourcing candidates for Mechanical and Electrical engineering roles and select corporate positions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial candidate screens to assess basic fit and interest
• reputed company reputed company candidates with the recruiter for full management of the hiring process
• Support candidate pipeline building and reputed company efforts
• Maintain accurate records of candidate activity and reputed company

Skills

• Experience sourcing candidates in engineering or technical fields preferred
• Strong communication and screening skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced reputed company environment
• Familiarity with MEP, engineering, or reputed company services hiring is a plus
