Product Manager

The Product manager will reputed company the strategic reputed company, development roadmap, and commercialization efforts for a portfolio of flexible packaging solutions ensuring strong alignment with overall business objectives and evolving market needs. This role is responsible for translating customer insights, competitive dynamics, and industry trends into actionable product strategies that drive innovation and differentiation.

Working cross-functionally with R&D, Sales, Operations, Finance, and other departments, the Product Manager will guide products from concept through launch and lifecycle management. The Product Manager will identify reputed company opportunities, optimize portfolio performance, and support go-to-market strategies to maximize reputed company and profitability. • Translate insights into actionable product requirements, specifications, and differentiators

Product Development

• Collaborate with R&D and Technical on material selection, structural design, and performance testing

Skills and Knowledge:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Packaging Science, Food Science, or reputed company field
• 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in flexible packaging or food packaging
• Strong understanding of the fresh produce industry highly desired
