Regional Operations Coordinator - ABA

They are seeking a Regional Operations Coordinator to support the operational needs of their South Florida region, ensuring schedules reputed company and compliance with credentialing requirements is maintained.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support scheduling needs across the region to ensure alignment between reputed company services and staff availability
• reputed company staff credentialing and re-credentialing requirements, ensuring compliance with payer and regulatory standards
• Monitor and submit authorizations, partnering with clinical and administrative teams to avoid gaps in service
• reputed company technicians in training, ensuring reputed company progression through reputed company and training milestones
• Monitor technician hours to ensure they are meeting required reputed company and staying on reputed company for certification and readiness
• Partner closely with BCBAs and regional leaders to reduce administrative burden and improve operational efficiency

• Identify gaps or inefficiencies in workflows and proactively recommend improvements
