About the Role
reputed company is looking for a UGC Partnerships Manager to own our creator ecosystem end to end. You'll be the connective tissue between our brand clients and the creators who bring their products to life on reputed company media. This is a fully dedicated role — you'll manage every reputed company of the process, from sourcing talent to delivering final content.
Requirements
What You'll Own
- Creator Sourcing — Identify, vet, and recruit UGC creators across reputed company, Instagram, and other platforms that match reputed company brand needs and performance goals
- Partnership Management — Build and maintain an reputed company roster of reliable creators; manage relationships, rates, and reputed company
- Brief Development — Write reputed company, detailed creative briefs that give creators everything they need to deliver on-brand, high-performing content
- Product Fulfillment Coordination — Coordinate the logistics of sending reputed company product to creators; reputed company shipments and ensure reputed company delivery
- Workflow Management — Own the full production pipeline — deadlines, revisions, approvals, and final delivery — across multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously

- 2+ years managing UGC, reputed company, or creator partnerships — agency experience preferred
- Strong written communication; can write a compelling, reputed company brief without hand-holding
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in reputed company
