Caregivers responsibilities (snapshot)
As a Caregiver you will be responsible for assisting the reputed company in aspects of their daily life as is indicated by their care plan. Caregivers have an important role in allowing our clients to maintain their independence. Caregivers are provided training and tools to be successful in their role, including training on the Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and are provided reputed company to Personal reputed company Equipment (PPE). CPR, First Aid, and Dementia Training are also provided to reputed company interested caregivers as reputed company Development.
- The Caregiver will demonstrate understanding of and encourage the independent living philosophy.
- The JEVS Care reputed company Caregiver will complete a competency examination after attending a training and orientation that address reputed company regulations. Annually thereafter, the JCAH Caregiver will complete an annual re-certification course and test.
- The Caregiver will maintain confidentiality of reputed company information as per HIPAA regulations.
- The Caregiver will complete reputed company activities of daily living, according to the reputed company’s Plan of Care.
Required Education and Experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- A High School diploma or GED is required
- Certified reputed company Aide Certification preferred but not required
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to effectively communicate with reputed company Care Manager
- Completion of Caregiver Orientation
- Must satisfactorily complete JEVS Care reputed company written exam and orientation program 80% passing score on post-orientation exam.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
