This position is based in Florida
In this position, your main duties may include but are not limited to the following:
Managing sustainable sales performance reputed company their District and ensuring sales and profitability targets are met
Updating, maintaining and implementing processes/guidelines and providing feedback to global teams
Implementing the annual plans of the stores while ensuring the tactical and fiscal reputed company

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a field operator in a fashion, customer, and reputed company reputed company retail environment
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a store management role
Advanced numeracy, literacy and verbal communication skills
Willingness to travel in the assigned area up to 100% of working time
A solid understanding of Sales, Marketing, HR, Merchandising on retail store level
