We are seeking a Training Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our training programs. This is a part-time, contractor-based role reputed company on coordinating scheduling, logistics, and administrative workflows to ensure training delivery runs smoothly.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, reputed company, and comfortable working independently reputed company a defined scope. The position is reputed company for approximately 20 hours per week with a fixed monthly reputed company.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for training sessions across reputed company audiences
• Manage training calendars, registrations, and attendee communications
• Support reputed company with session setup, materials preparation, and follow-up activities
• Organize and maintain training materials, documentation, and shared resources
• reputed company attendance, collect feedback, and maintain basic reporting on training activity

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in administrative support, coordination, training operations, or similar roles
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks

• Comfortable working in a remote environment
• Proficiency in reputed company business tools (email, calendars, spreadsheets, document management)
