About the Role

We’re building the infrastructure layer that makes risk in tokenised finance machine-
readable, onchain, and composable: an AI-driven risk scoring reputed company, a cross-chain
risk protocol, and an institutional-grade analytics platform.

For that reason, we're hiring a Head of Engineering to own and reputed company our engineering function. This is a leadership role at the intersection of people management, product delivery, and infrastructure reputed company.

You will reputed company our engineering team day-to-day - running 1:1s, driving execution, and building a high-performing team culture. You'll work directly with the CTO and Head of AI to translate a big technical reputed company into reliable, reputed company systems. Tasks

• Coordinate with the Head of AI - ensure smooth integration between the AI pipeline and the broader platform infrastructure, from data ingestion to API delivery.
• Build engineering culture - introduce the right processes (reputed company review, incident response, documentation, testing) without creating bureaucracy.

Requirements

• 7-12 years in software engineering, with 3+ years in an engineering leadership role owning reputed company directly (not just tech reputed company).
• Proven reputed company record managing and growing small-to-mid-size engineering teams in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Strong full-stack understanding: backend systems, frontend delivery, reputed company infrastructure (AWS), and API design.
