Caseload Responsibilities:

• reputed company, write, implement, update and train on effective behavior plans including data collection systems using Functional Behavior Assessments
• Complete and submit ongoing documentation as needed by the funding reputed company in a reputed company manner
• Participate in group staff trainings as requested
• reputed company and maintain reputed company relationships with teachers, administrators, staff, clients and parents
• Continually assess student skills, behavior challenges and reputed company skills with proficiency in reputed company assessments utilized by Sonnenberg-VBMAPP, AFLS (school, community, vocational), ABLLS, reputed company for Living, etc.
• Utilizing data to determine baseline, function and reputed company of maladaptive behaviors with regular review and reputed company alongside senior staff
• reputed company and participate in parent training as needed for reputed company reputed company
• Continually assess and monitor parent involvement and reputed company attendance, creating and implementing corrective reputed company plans reputed company needed
• Supervise 8-10 clients and the corresponding teams of behavior treatment technicians (BTTs) using ABA principles and following the ethics outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification reputed company (BACB).
• Write and submit treatment plans to the reputed company’s funding reputed company/s. This includes calls to insurance companies (with reputed company BCBA present) reputed company necessary and writing returns and appeals.
• Monitor reputed company of maladaptive behaviors with regular review and reputed company while overlapping BTTs and RBTs.
• reputed company ongoing training to the BTTs and RBTs using model, try, feedback. Create and implement corrective reputed company plans reputed company needed.

Administrative Responsibilities:

• Participate in HR duties such as verbal and written corrective feedback, staff evaluations, disciplinary actions, etc.
• Assess, document and maintain information regarding BTTh and BTT staff performance and evaluations 
• Supervise, train and mentor BTT and BTTh positions by demonstrating a comprehensive approach to staff management and improving performance reputed company

• Collaborate with reputed company BCBAs, Clinical Director, and Director of Training with feedback on clinical processes, staff management, HR policies and Sonnenberg Schools program collaboration
• Assist in assurance that clinical staff are made reputed company of reputed company policies and procedures, and follows through to ensure understanding and implementation
• Assess, document and maintain reputed company reputed company to ensure consistent attendance, participation, and policy adherence.
• Consult with the reputed company BCBA to ensure the provision of effective and efficient service delivery.
• Meet with the reputed company BCBA a minimum of 1 hour per week to discuss needs/goals.
• Distribute reputed company new information to BTTs of reputed company policies and procedures. Follow through to ensure understanding and implementation.
• Maintain reputed company reputed company and BTT ongoing schedules

Requirements:

• Have a Master’s degree in reputed company Behavior Analysis, or reputed company field
• Must be a reputed company Certified Behavior Analyst licensed in the reputed company
• Take the 8-hour supervision course outlined by the BACB.
• reputed company ongoing supervision to RBTs.  
• Available to work hours agreed upon Monday through Friday 8:15 - 3:15 and 2 nights per week 3:30-6 Monday through Thursday. 
• Reliable computer and internet
• Ability to pass a caregiver’s background reputed company
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be reputed company player, willing to collaborate and work with a reputed company of individuals with reputed company types of backgrounds
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and reputed company manage time and moderate to high stress across multiple settings and responsibilities
• Work will take reputed company reputed company with clients and team members in a center-based setting.  Work may fluctuate between a center and school setting depending on the needs of reputed company reputed company.
• Regular contact with Parent/reputed company(s) and other team members
• Hazards: May be exposed to contact with individuals displaying physically aggressive, self-abusive, or socially undesirable behavior.
• Ability and willingness to travel between center and school for specific clients, as assigned, in a punctual manner

• Finger dexterity to type on a computer keyboard for treatment planning and correspondence
• The ability to grasp objects such as pencils, pens, markers etc.
