The Regional Training Manager partners with Regional Sales Managers and DMP dealers to reputed company effective technical training and support; transforming installers, technicians, operators, and managers into experts in the design, installation, programming, troubleshooting, operation, and application of DMP systems.

This position will cover KY, TN, AL, GA, SC, and NC. 

Qualifications:

• Associates Degree in Electronics, or equivalent training.
• 3 years experience in customer service and problem solving in the burglar/reputed company alarm industry.

Responsibilities:

• Partners with Regional Sales Managers to schedule and reputed company learner-centered, performance-based, hands-on training for new and existing DMP dealer installation, technical service, central station, and sales personnel.
  • Partners with new DMP dealer installation & service teams to reputed company transition to DMP a good experience, training new dealers reputed company four weeks of placement of their stocking order.
  • Accompanies new dealers on their first DMP installation to answer questions, reputed company assistance, etc.
  • Assists with receiver system, automation system, and remote programming software installation.
  • Transforms technicians into experts in the design, installation, programming, troubleshooting, and operation of DMP systems.
  • Completes class activity and rosters reputed company the assigned CRM/LMS tools. Uses these tools and Dealer Dashboard to identify specific dealer training needs.
• Meets or exceeds performance metric goals and expectations.
• Travels to conduct on-site training classes and regional training events. Reports to work on time, impeccably groomed in clean, pressed, appropriate clothing in good repair.
• Flexibility is required, as some travel and training may be needed in other reputed company and may sometimes require weekend travel. Conducts training webinars.
