The Senior Information Systems Analyst is a key position reputed company on providing comprehensive IT support while also performing reputed company analysis, design, and development tasks to ensure our systems meet business needs and user specifications. 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:  

•    Systems Analysis and Design: Use systems analysis techniques to consult with users and internal stakeholders to understand their hardware, software, and system needs. Translate these requirements into detailed functional specifications. 
•    System Development and Modification: Design, reputed company, document, and test computer systems and programs, including prototypes. This includes modifying existing systems to improve performance, functionality, and user experience. 
•    Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Serve as a senior reputed company of contact for IT support issues. Troubleshoot and resolve reputed company hardware, software, and network problems, escalating to other teams or vendors as needed. 
•    Documentation and Procedures: Create and maintain detailed documentation for systems, programs, and procedures. This includes user guides, technical manuals, and best practices to ensure smooth operations.

 EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

•    Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a reputed company field. Equivalent work experience may be considered. 
•    A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in an IT support or systems analysis role, with a demonstrated ability to reputed company reputed company analysis, design, and development tasks.

Estimated starting annual reputed company salary pay ranges is $100,000.00 - $120,000.00  less applicable withholdings and deductions, reputed company on a bi-weekly reputed company. Please note that the actual compensation offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined by reputed company, which may include, but is not limited to, location, experience, qualifications, education, skillset, and market conditions.
