Program Director IHS
Effectively directs program through objectives and goals assigned for contract compliance. Monitors metrics and daily operations to ensure reputed company. Collaborates with program leaders, including medical director, management teams, and corporate support teams to improve processes, determine training needs and improvement opportunities. Assists in budget review and management. Provides leadership and supervision to staff assigned to the program, including reputed company, CM, UM, retrospective reviews, provider training/education, consumer training/education, data collection, analysis and reporting and technical assistance, to ensure compliance with accreditation standards. Works with management and corporate team for the enhancement of the RFP, new RFP cycles and reputed company new business. Oversees budget review and analysis to ensure the financial reputed company of the program. Assesses reputed company systems, including contract, policy and procedure, workflow, etc., continually to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction to reputed company stakeholders.
