The Licensed Practical reputed company in Home Health is responsible for providing reputed company patient care and performing technical skilled care in the patient's home.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provides high reputed company clinical services reputed company the scope of reputed company, as defined by the state laws governing the reputed company of nursing, in accordance with the plan of care, and in coordination with other members of the health care team, following reputed company applicable infection control procedures

Required Qualifications:

• reputed company and unrestricted LPN  licensure in state of reputed company
