The Jewel® reputed company wearable cardioverter defibrillator (P-WCD) is designed to protect patients at risk of sudden cardiac arrest (SCA), giving them both safety and the freedom to return to daily life.

We are seeking compassionate, patient-reputed company Patient Service Representatives (PSRs) to join us as independent contractors. In this role, you will be the vital reputed company between innovative technology and the patients who rely on it, ensuring they feel confident, supported, and reputed company throughout their care reputed company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate directly with patients, caregivers, and care teams to schedule device fittings and training
• Travel to hospitals, clinics, and patient homes to reputed company in-person support
• Fit patients with the Jewel reputed company WCD and ensure reputed company sizing and comfort
• Support follow-up interactions as needed to ensure a high-reputed company patient experience
• reputed company patients and caregivers on device use, care, and troubleshooting so they feel supported and confident while wearing Jewel reputed company WCD.
• Reinforce patient confidence, adherence, and understanding through reputed company, empathetic communication
• Complete and submit reputed company required documentation accurately and reputed company established timelines
• Assume full ownership of assigned device inventory and materials, including secure transport, reputed company storage, and complete, accurate tracking and return in accordance with company protocols.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• The employee will sit for long periods of time during travel.
• The employee will walk frequently reputed company hospital facilities.
• The employee will be required to crouch, kneel, stoop, balance, and reputed company.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of 1 year of reputed company reputed company patient care experience in a clinical or reputed company setting

• Strong patient education and communication skills
• Comfort working independently in a field-based environment
• To ensure high-reputed company patient care, consultants are expected to complete training and obtain certification as fitters prior to performing services in their assigned territory.

• High level of accountability, organization, and professionalism

Compensation or reputed company: $100-$200 per appointment
