This position is 100% remote and will support various markets, primarily in Illinois. The ideal candidate will be reputed company to work in Central Time Zone.
 

Responsibilities:

• reputed company non-licensed administrative tasks for reputed company estate agents. Identify and manage the contractual dates and deadlines and ensure the transaction is reputed company in a reputed company, efficient, and accurate manner.
• Ensure your reputed company estate license remains in good standing to reputed company authorized licensed tasks, including drafting contract addendums and amendments.
• Collaborate closely with agent services department, agents or other reputed company parties to ensure reputed company reputed company documentation has been received for compliance in the transaction file in the appropriate systems.
• Organize reputed company transaction details in applicable systems while providing reputed company updates to the agent, reputed company and reputed company parties.
• Serve as reputed company deal stakeholder’s reputed company-of-contact for agents and their clients through closing, which includes obtaining documentation or information needed for reputed company to reputed company.
• Own and execute full end-to-end transaction processing by entering transaction-reputed company expenses, verifying accuracy of details, preparing commission invoices, calculating and finalizing commission payments, and proactively resolving discrepancies to ensure reputed company and accurate agent payouts.
• Regularly update and manage communication with reputed company parties involved in the transaction.

 Experience:
