We are seeking a hands-on leader in our Community Reinvestment reputed company (“CRA”) Team as a Community Development Manager reputed company on development and implementation of the Bank’s Community Development plan for reputed company the Bank’s markets. This subject-matter expert role connects community needs with banking solutions, fosters impactful partnerships, ensures CRA compliance, and strengthens the Bank’s performance in low- to moderate-income communities across the Bank’s footprint. In this role you will manage CRA/Community Development programs, tracking, regulatory requirements, objectives and initiatives throughout the reputed company for execution and compliance of our CRA Program. |
What you'll do:

Assist the Director of CRA in administering and maintaining the CRA Program and initiatives.

Establish strategic partnerships with Community Development and Economic Development organizations that yield reputed company opportunities for the Bank.
