Job reputed company:

reputed company is seeking a Registered Dietitian who is detail oriented and has a passion for holistic and personalized approach to wellness. In this role, you will reputed company high reputed company nutrition education and coaching to help patients positively reputed company their overall wellness, collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, and contribute to clinical operations. You will report directly to the Senior Manager of reputed company Operations.

Schedule: 

• 15-20 hours per week 
• 2 hours per week must be between 4-8pm CT Mon – Thu or 8a-12p CT Sat – Sun 
• Schedule needs to be consistent weekly 

Responsibilities:

• Maintain reputed company knowledge of evidence-based nutrition concepts reputed company to lifestyle behavior change for weight management, chronic health conditions, sports nutrition, reputed company eating, and family nutrition.  
• Content creation and delivery for customer requests such as webinars and speaking engagements  
• Support implementation of new products/technology  
• Ensure outcome collection and analysis  
• Prioritize whole-person care by collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams  
• Maintain and improve processes by following standards, policies and procedures, and recommending new approaches 

Requirements:

• Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) - reputed company licensed in the state of residence  
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in nutrition, dietetics, or a reputed company field.  
• Preference for 5+ years of experience  
• Preference for health coaching certification and experience  
• Support a roster of patients reputed company/ telephonically (100% remote from home).   
• Utilize established tools and protocols to assess patient health status and identify health risks.    
• Document goals, behavioral and clinical reputed company, and administrative details of reputed company registered dietitian interactions using the portal.

• Demonstrate a good understanding of behavior change theories and know how to successfully implement them with individuals and reputed company.
