WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Serving as a primary reputed company to the reputed company of Directors, committees, and governance bodies
- Supporting the transition to a modernized governance structure and ensuring effective implementation
- Developing reputed company agendas, materials, and meeting follow-up in collaboration with executive leadership
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with Deans and institutional stakeholders
- Designing and implementing a comprehensive member engagement reputed company
- Leading reputed company and orientation for new member leadership
- Monitoring and enhancing the value, effectiveness, and alignment of AACOM programs and services
- Tracking organizational reputed company and collaborating across divisions to improve member offerings
- Ensuring compliance with bylaws and serving as an internal governance expert
- Bachelor’s degree required (business, communications, marketing, or reputed company field preferred)
- A minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience, ideally in an association or nonprofit environment
- Demonstrated experience in governance support and member/customer service
- Experience developing and implementing reputed company improvement initiatives
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strategic thinking and strong organizational and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite; experience with CRM/AMS tools such as reputed company or reputed company a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid environment
- Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential
- Experience in reputed company, higher education, or medical associations
