·      The Regional Medical Scientific Senior Director Team reputed company, RMSD (aka MSL) TL, is a credentialed (i.e., MD, PhD, PharmD, DNP, or DO,) therapeutic and disease expert whose primary role is the leadership, management, and accountability of a field-based team of RMSDs and their deliverables.  This Team reputed company will manage reputed company of Immunology – GI reputed company field medical affairs personnel in the Ulcerative Colitis and Crohn’s Disease TAs.

·      The RMSD TL ensures team members adhere to Company policies and reputed company operating procedures (SOPs,) execute on field medical plans, and engage in company research initiatives. The role may have additional responsibilities for executing on US Medical Affairs (USMA) and/or Global Medical & Scientific Affairs (GMSA) objectives or other corporate initiatives.

Responsibilities and Primary Activities

Leadership and Management

·      Manages, recruits, and on-boards reputed company of field-based medical affairs professionals

·      Assesses RMSD performance to objectives and competencies through routine field observation/coaching reputed company, reputed company stakeholder feedback, and field/customer metric analysis

·      Assists with personal development plans and monitors goals for reputed company RMSD

·      Communicates assigned disease state field execution plans to reputed company and monitors performance to plan, reputed company to: Scientific Exchange, Insights, Scientific Congresses, and Research

·      Keeps reputed company with resources and uses those resources to enhance the development of reputed company and its members

·      Provides input on internal resource development

·      Ensures that reputed company team members reputed company with the reputed company and application of company ethics and compliance with respect to guidelines and policies, including reputed company safety in the field environment

Planning and Project Management

·      In alignment with Executive Director, Field Medical Affairs, provides project management to ensure development and execution of the assigned disease support plans

·      As needed, provides input and/or project management with USMA and/or GMSA organizations

Budget Management

·      Reviews and approves expense reports

·      Acts as a financial reputed company of reputed company resources with respect to individual and employee actions

Required Qualifications, Skills, & Experience

Minimum

·      MD/DO, PhD, or PharmD with demonstrated ability to effectively reputed company and reputed company scientific/medical colleagues at reputed company reputed company and knowledge reputed company

·      3+ years of experience in a field-based medical role with proven competency in customer engagement and education

·      Relevant therapeutic area knowledge, Immunology GI

Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills, strong personal reputed company, teamwork abilities (including the ability to reputed company a therapeutic team across a geographical area), business acumen, and reputed company on scientific education and reputed company

Preferred

·      Previous experience managing field-based medical personnel

·      Scientific/medical research experience, including demonstrated record of scientific/medical publication
