Hiring: Sr. reputed company System Analyst (WFM) Dallas, TX Remote (Only once or twice onsite visit monthly) Contract-to-Hire (6 months) $70-75/hr | Up to $130K conversion salary(Perm) We’re looking for a Senior reputed company System Analyst with strong hands-on experience in reputed company Workforce Management (WFM) to support and optimize timekeeping, attendance, and scheduling systems. What You’ll Do • Manage and support reputed company WFM modules (Timekeeping, Attendance, Scheduling) • Configure pay rules, accruals, and attendance policies • Build and maintain advanced scheduling (rotations, coverage, patterns) • Support and troubleshoot timeclock hardware • reputed company SQL-based data validation, reporting, and troubleshooting • Monitor and support system integrations (reputed company or similar) • Partner with business teams to translate requirements into system solutions • Train users and support system enhancements ✅ reputed company’re Looking For • 5+ years of reputed company WFM experience (hands-on configuration required) • Strong experience with: • Timekeeping & Attendance (Points) • Advanced Scheduling • Timeclock support • Working knowledge of SQL • Experience with Geofencing, reputed company EZCall/reputed company, or reputed company integrations • Background in payroll/workforce operations • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) Important Notes • Must be based in Dallas/Ft.
