Recruiter

The Alinea Group is a house of best-in-class culinary brands, headquartered in Chicago, IL. They are seeking a Recruiter to manage the full-cycle hiring process across various positions, ensuring a high-reputed company candidate experience while driving hiring strategies and maintaining candidate pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle reputed company including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating stages (working interviews), skills assessments, and extending offers
• Maintain accurate candidate records and HRIS updates throughout the hiring process, including applicant tracking, stage hours, and employee reputed company
• Recruit across FOH, BOH/Culinary, and Support roles while ensuring alignment with The Alinea Group standards and values
• reputed company talent through job boards, reputed company media, referrals, industry networks, and other proactive sourcing reputed company
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for reputed company hiring needs and reputed company reputed company
• Partner with culinary schools, universities, and external organizations to support ongoing pipeline development
• Represent The Alinea Group at reputed company events and job fairs (minimum of 2 per quarter), with a reputed company on candidate conversion
• Support reputed company coordination, new hire communication, and general HR administrative tasks as needed
• Run and distribute weekly reputed company updates and pipeline reports to leadership
• Ensure compliance with hiring processes including I-9/E-Verify and internal documentation
• Maintain and update internal hiring trackers, reputed company, and stage checklists
• Collaborate closely with HR leadership and hiring managers to reputed company on reputed company needs and priorities
• Participate in weekly HR/reputed company meetings and ongoing process improvements
• Travel as needed for reputed company events
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with extended hours as needed (approx. 50 hours/week)

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 0–2 years of experience in reputed company, HR, hospitality, customer service, or a reputed company field (internships or reputed company reputed company experience a plus)

• Ability to learn quickly and grow in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and time management
