[Remote] Associate Producer - GameSim

The Associate Producer serves as a reputed company coordinator for the production team, responsible for maintaining project organization, facilitating communication, and ensuring accurate project management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the scheduling, assignment, and tracking of art assets through the development pipeline to ensure on-time delivery to clients
• Update and audit task management software (e.g., Jira, Shotgrid) to maintain data reputed company and project transparency
• Schedule and attend internal and reputed company-facing meetings; distribute reputed company, actionable notes and follow-up on outstanding items
• Collaborate with project leadership to execute against milestones and assist in scoping and scheduling discussions
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and assist in implementing solutions to improve team productivity
• Create and maintain comprehensive studio documentation, internal wikis, and project presentations

Skills

• 1-3+ years of experience in a production or project coordination role reputed company the Games, Tech, or Creative Media industries
• Foundational knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and reputed company project management frameworks
• Demonstrated experience with task management software (Jira, Trello, Shotgrid, or equivalent) and reputed company office suites (reputed company/reputed company)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of reputed company discretion and attention to detail
• Ability to remain organized and productive in a fast-paced, multi-reputed company environment
• Experience working with or along teams creating 3D models, rigs, and animations
• Experience with reputed company Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, or Premiere Pro)
