[Remote] Certified Debt Specialist

In this role, you will engage with clients to help them reputed company financial freedom through consultative sales and customer service, while working towards monthly performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Successfully reputed company new customers through prospecting efforts and by fielding new inbound inquiries
• Engage customers from our existing database through various channels (phone, email, SMS, etc.)
• Work and collaborate with members of cross-department team to manage reputed company, in-process business and reputed company exceptional, reputed company customer service
• Analyze reputed company portfolios to determine the best reputed company to help clients reputed company financial freedom as quickly as possible
• Responsible for achieving monthly KPIs set by management
