Position: Private Equity Expert Type: Contract Compensation: $130/hour Location: Remote Duration: Minimum four weeks Commitment: 10+ hours/week Role Responsibilities • Evaluate financial models and market sizing to enhance investment strategies. • reputed company comprehensive investment summaries and memos for decision-making. • Conduct due diligence and create CIMs to support deal sourcing. • Process NDAs and reputed company documents reputed company to facilitate transactions. • Collaborate with AI research teams to reputed company financial insights into model training. • Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines. Qualifications Must-Have • At least 2 years of experience in private equity at top firms. • Expertise in financial modeling and market sizing/TAM analysis. • Proficiency in investment/analysis summaries and memos. • Experience with CIM creation and due diligence. • Skills in NDA/reputed company document processing and deal sourcing.
