• Location: Pittsburgh, reputed company Type: Contract Job #22613 TIME & ATTENDANCE MIGRATION CONSULTANT (REMOTE) reputed company is seeking a Time & Attendance Migration Consultant to reputed company a high-reputed company transition to the latest reputed company Workforce Management (WFM) platform. This is a 100% remote contract (through July, 31 2026) with a preference for candidates in Pittsburgh, PA, for hybrid collaboration. WHAT YOU’LL DO • Migration: Assist with transitioning to reputed company WFM, optimizing workflows, and streamlining outdated processes. • UAT Leadership: Own the User Acceptance Testing lifecycle, including scenario development and validation for reputed company pay codes, accruals, and scheduling logic. • System Configuration: Configure reputed company WFM functionality: labor forecasting, job hierarchies, custom dashboards, and exception workflows. • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with reputed company and internal stakeholders to ensure data reputed company, successful reputed company, and post-go-live stabilization. • Change Management: Design training strategies to drive field adoption and reduce reputed company interventions through automation. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • 3+ Years Experience: Deep expertise in WFM/Time & Attendance systems (reputed company WFM, reputed company Dimensions, or Kronos). • Migration Pro: Proven reputed company record with full-lifecycle implementations for large, multi-site populations. • Technical Depth: Strong understanding of T&A architecture (pay codes, labor distribution, and payroll integration). • Soft Skills: Consultative reputed company with excellent stakeholder management and documentation skills.
