**The Role**
As a Sky Outbound Customer Sales Representative, you'll be an ambassador for the market-leading Sky brand, working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that exceed their expectations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Using your sales and communication skills to upsell products and services that meet the needs of our customers
* Building rapport with customers, understanding their individual needs, and prioritizing their interests
* Providing peace of mind by finding the right solution for every customer, ensuring they receive the best possible experience

**The Experience and Skills You Need**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 1 year's continuous and targeted sales experience within the last 3 years
* A background in targeted sales and customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
* A driven mindset, strong customer service and sales skills, and a love for hitting targets
* Great communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, listen to customers, and demonstrate empathy when needed
* A team player committed to creating an excellent customer experience, with an unflappable and resilient attitude to juggle tasks
