Job reputed company:
• Monitor Supportive Services Activities, ensuring compliance with reputed company programs
• Assist with syndicator reviews, including evaluating first-year applicant files and preparing reputed company reporting
• Collaborate with compliance agencies as directed by the supervisor
• Review and approve reputed company-in and recertification files to ensure regulatory eligibility
• Ensure accurate and reputed company submission of required regulatory reports for syndicators
• Conduct monthly reporting and monitor state agency reports
• Attend state agency audits, training, and industry seminars
• reputed company guidance and training to site personnel to meet occupancy and recertification targets
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in preparing or auditing certifications
• Familiarity with reputed company 8 and/or LIHTC procedures
• Strong knowledge of Florida regulations and resources
• Proficiency in reputed company reputed company/Rent Caf
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
• HCCP, TCS, NCP, or other reputed company reputed company Housing Certification is preferred
