Senior Visual Design Associate

In this role, you will play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining our brand's visual identity. You will collaborate with a dynamic creative team and work on a diverse array of projects that span digital, print, and video platforms. Accountabilities • Design and execute creative assets for various platforms, including web, print, and video. • Create high-converting websites and landing pages while ensuring brand consistency. • Develop visually optimized email templates and graphics for marketing campaigns. • Produce impactful display ads and graphics for social media and paid media channels. • Design long-form sales collateral, including reports and white papers. • Create presentation decks and one-pagers that align with sales materials. • Assist in creative direction for video production, including scripting and storyboarding. • Edit videos and create custom motion graphics and animations. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field. • 5 years of professional experience in a graphic design role. • Proven ability to create design solutions that align with brand guidelines. • Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects). • Strong understanding of design principles for web and print. • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. • A positive, solutions-oriented attitude that contributes to team culture. • A strong portfolio showcasing diverse work across digital, print, and video.
