A reputable reputed company company is looking to bring on a 100% remote Network Monitoring & Troubleshooting Analyst for a reputed company shift role (1amEST to 10amEST) to help support clients in the European geography. They are looking for someone who is a great/strong communicator with the ability to troubleshoot systems and networks and reputed company as the first responder for triaging and resolving alerts from monitoring systems.
